as the title states how can you reset an ECU of a 6n2 polo pls?? could this be done with vag com ( erasing the DTC or something like that?)

Disconnect the terminal leads from the battery. Grab a jump lead, and use that to bridge (connect together) the positive and negative terminal leads together. Leave car for a few hours. That oughta do the trick
