How to remove plastic behind seat adjuster?

Anyone know how to remove the plastic part under the seat adjuster knob?

Also looking to replace it as its warped so any ideas on where I can get one and price would be cool!

Went to the VW garage after I posted this and have got it for.....£5!

Now, any help on fitting this please!?

Job done! I had a good look around with a led torch this morning and figured it out. So, if any of you have this piece thats looking a little more than worn, its a 5min job.
