Post by chris meardon »

Hi Guys

I have commited to buy a samco TIP but it has come to me that if im getting pipeing will the TIP not be replaced by a metal pipe?

When you get the intercooler kit it will come with all pipes except the one off the throttle body.

The TIP you want to buy from me sits on the airbox down to the elbow off the turbo this is not included in the intercooler kit.

Thanks

Make sure the Samco one is designed for the Polo, a Mk4 Golf GTI or other similar one is not the same.

Likely could be made to fit, but its a pain to get on without having other issues on top...

Hmmmmm

May need to look into this a little further. Didnt realise they did one that took the metal elbow out as well.

Have you got one in Gillen? Make much difference?

£120 I think it was mate.

Only reason I haven't fitted it yet is I'm collecting a few bits up and getting them all fitted together (FMIC/TIP/Brakes)

Milltek is really good but going to be changing the centre section from non resonated to resonated when I get the above fitted!

just the downpipe? surely you would want the whole system?

r32 noise is incredible, but its all down to the 3.2!
