I have spent SO MUCH getting her looking really clean, sitting how I want and running sweet as a nut, goes like stink when you want it to, and can still get 40+mpg on a long run
it's a 1997 Ibiza GTI 2.0 16v (ABF), in Copper.
Has covered 82k miles (no history unfortunately, but MOT's/checkign online all adds up)
i've owned it for 2+ years now, and have looked after it real well, was neglected by last owner, I have got it to a great standard, body work is in real good condition, with only 2 bits of rust (explained in Bad Bits)
I have serviced it every 6 months since owning it.
Body Work:
Copper
GTI Sideskirts
GTI Splitter
Detailed Well (ready for winter)
Engine:
Standard ABF
Could do with a clean to bring it back to life
Runs sweet as a nut
MK3 Cupra Exhaust (looks OEM and nice sound too, not chavvy)
Interior:
Half Leather, GTI Stitched Standard Seats, in great conditions, with slight wear to drivers bolster (not very worn, very slighty worn)
MK3 Cupra Centre Console (with handbrake and gator, looks real good)
Chassis:
Hot Tuning Coilovers (less then a year old, comes with 1+ year warranty left) wound down about 100-110mm
BBS RM 2-Piece Split 15x6.5J wheels (Stainless Bolts, Polished Lips, Centres are silver, comes with centre caps/rings/nuts) Could do with dishes repolished to be honest
195/45/15 wheels (front 2 are Toyo T1-R's, near enough new, rears are Yokohama and Uniroyal with atleast half tread left)
Front Upper Strut Brace
Camber/Toe done professionally (with print out)
Bad Bits:
Rust: drivers rear arch (on the inner lip only, needs sanding/rust preventation, ain't had time), also a little rust on passenger rear quarter, very small
Handbrake light comes on even when it is down (there is a switch under centre console, just never bothered me)
Few stone chips on the front end, but what you would expect, also a few shopping dinks, but nothing serious
Exhaust centre pipe rattles on the heat shield when cold, but goes when warm (and this happens randomly, hasn't happened in ages?)
MOT runs out 1st Jan, and tax is on disabled (as I take my sister around) but I will put on 6months for new buyer once a deposit is left

£1300 bring your own wheels
*price is taking into account the low MOT, and if you want can get you a years ticket if you are willing to pay for it, as I know it will pass
If I was going to keep it, I would get wider BBS dishes, get a respray (front mainly) and arches rolled, and she is good for shows/show and shine (if thats you thing)
thanks for looking, it is located in Birmingham and can be seen after 5pm weekdays (after 1-2pm fridays) and all day on most weekends
