Feul pump relay?!

Got a bit of a prob with my GT the relay (think thats wot it is) that allows the feul pump 2 open when the ignition is on.

Well anyway it was broken & had been using a wire (which had been working fine) bcos i tried 2 a load of diff 1s but none seem 2 work. Any1 nos if you need 1 4 a gt or wood another type do?

The fuel pump relay is a pretty common type, you can use one from a different manufacturer if you like.

Have a look look at the old relay, it will have a little diagram showing the internal connections. Just find one that has a matching diagram and similar rating.
