I'm guessing you pry them, but don't want to break anything.
The hinge has a blank, I'm guessing there's a screw under there?
What about the other side where it latches? Does that twist?
Also, the light, I assume that's not holding the roof in, so when everything else is free I can unplug it from the otherside and pop it through?

For the record...
The blanks do have screws behind them.
The latches have a cover which seems impossible to get off without breaking it. I snapped both of mine (I need the GTi anthracite ones anyway so it doesn't matter), and underneath there are two screws.
And I was right about the light, when you remove the roof you can just unplug them.
