loose drivers seat...

The car i bought my missus has a very loose drivers seat when put back for me to drive, it actually lifts about 5mm in the runners.
I bought it with a full mot so was wondering if this is normal or did the tester not notice.

The rear leg parts of the seat that slide into the runners should have a small white plastic square on each one.

Might be an idea to have a look and see if they are there or if theyve come off in the runners.

One of mine came off once and got stuck in the runner, made the seat wobble from side to side.
