Was wondering if there is any adjustment with the forge 007p d valve??

You can change the springs

It comes with one spring suitable for standard + stage 1

Then you can get another spring for stage 2 onwards

Yeah i did realise the spring can be changed its probably not worth it as my car has only had a re-map thanks

Didnt relise there was another spring advised for stage two where would i get one of these? How great are the benifits?

Iv been looking into it and there are more than just the two springs:

Green - 6-8 PSI

Yellow - 10-12 PSI

Blue - 14-16 PSI

Red - 18-20 PSI

I was also wrong, the Standard (Green) spring is just for a standrad car, so I should probably get mine changed to Yellow!

Ok cheers guys! However 1 more question, has anyone done this? And recomend a spring color setup for a stage 2 revo polo? Ops thats 2 questions lol
