Remote Locking

Post by ali123 »

Hi,
Does anyone have a guide for an RClick remote locking kit. I have seen Alex Perkins has one for a 6n2 but they are probably completely different. So does anyone have any advice or even better a guide?
Thanks :)

i wouldnt bother with rclick you would have to splice into the wires. i went down the OEM route works out more but a lot better without splicing/scotch locking wires
bought a central locking module and 3 button remote bought a flip key cut all from eBay. then carefully cut out the transponder from the original key.
you will need VAGCOM to program the cent locking module.

Thanks for the advice but there isn't anything wrong with splicing wires if you know how  and you don't need to program it with vagcom either
