Rusty front spoiler/splitter

Got an S reg mkiv polo that I'm trying to tidy up a bit and need to sort out the front spoiler/splitter (I think this is what its called)

As you can see its rusted like anything.

Trouble is I'm having trouble finding one, I can get the rubber bit underneath, but not the bit I need. Also if I do find one some tips on removing it and fitting a new one would be appreciated thanks
