Service inspection warning

Hey guys,

Just wondering what the criteria is for this warning? Its is purely milage or a combination of other factors? (Cambelt change etc..)

Have a 01' 1.4 6n2 TDI

Im guessing it comes on round a year on from when it was reset.

Done on mileage I believe. There's a separat service wArning for oil compared to main service. Easy to reset if you don't wanna

Every 10k generally unless the settings have been manually changed by VW

Also after looking at vagcom today it is also done on a 365 day cycle whichever comes first
