Spark Plug removal tool

Post by pvr »

Is there a "forum recommended" tool that works well? The car is juddering when hitting 3500 revs ( in any gear - hesitation) so have bought new plugs from the VW dealer. No tool I have fits over the plugs (tools are too big), so need something "thinner". Any good ones to use or bad ones to avoid?

I hope that the replacement plugs (expensive !!) will cure the problem, guess otherwise it might be the HT leads next ...

Plugs were £40 at the dealers, and that was with 20% discount as well ...

yes, tool was perfect. Fitted fine on the torque wrench as well so all set to 30 Nm now.
