removing drivers side door card - 2008 polo

Hi,
I'm replacing the drivers side wing mirror on my 2008 polo (its got indicators but windows etc are manual). I was wondering if anyone knows how to take the door panel off to get to the wing mirror?

I've been able to take the insert of the grab handles off and remove the 2 screws (was told by a mate to do this) but I'm stuck at what to do next. any help would be really appreciated.
