Clunk when releasing clutch?

Quite recently, the car has been very rattly, like engine rattle

Especially when its cold for the first 30-40 seconds when the auto choke is doing its business

But also, every time I realease the clutch, be it when actaully changing gear or keeping in same gear and pressing then releasing clutch the car sort of jerks and makes a clunking sound?

Any ideas what it might be?

Could be your dual mass flywheel, we have a lot of problems with vans at work when they wear. Symptoms are rough idling you can feel a vibration through the car and gear changes wouldn't be as smooth
