16" x 7.5 et20 5x100

Will 16" x 7.5 et20 5x100 fit my polo 9n3 ok (don't want to much poke or don't want to end up having to buy spacers)

I had these spec wheels on my gti,only problem is the only photos I have are on my iPhone.how can I put them on here?
