Hey up peeps
Do any of you know if the standard radio that is in the polo has RCA outputs on the back? Thinking of popping a sub in the boot

Candyman, I am pretty sure that the answer is "no".
The back of my RCD310 has a multi-pin connector for power, speakers etc and another connector which I assume is the aerial.
If you search on eBat for RCD210/310 you will probably find a view of the back of the set.
