VCDS Around Stoke-on-Trent

Does anybody own a VCDS/VAG-Com that can program some features to my car. I have a 2011 Polo Match. I am willing to pay someone to meet and do this for me. Is it possible to get:

Static Cornering Fogs
Coming Home Lights
Lights on when car unlocks
Boot auto lock all the time

and any other cool stuff that can be done.
Please let me know if you live with in 20 miles and can meet me to do this work thanks in advance!

No it isn't, I can tell you that right away.

All Polo's do not come with a lightsensor and that is needed for this feature. Leaving home will never work.

Coming home is possible, but you always have to do it manually by hitting the big light button before you exit the car.

Options for the Polo 6R:


- Auto lock doors @ 15 km/s, can also be switched off.

- Auto unlock all doors when one door is opened from the inside / the key is pulled out of the ignition. ( combined with above option )

- Anti theft: Unlock only driver door when pushing unlock button. Can also be switched off so all doors will open with one push.

- 2 times alarm beep when opening, 1 time beep when closing the car. Only possible with factory alarm.

- Coming home function: Works partially with the Polo, when you parked your car and pulled the key out off the ignition, pull the big light handle one time on your steering wheel and get out of the car. When opening the door your lights will turn on. ( front and back ) This will stay on for 15 seconds after locking the car.

- Leaving home: Doesn't work

- Automatic emergency lights when brakeing hard. This option could already be on.

- Tear wipping, doesn't work anymore on 2012 modules, 2011 and below it does. When cleaning your windows it will whipe a couple off times and then it waits a couple of seconds and wipes onces more. This is to get those leftover out of the way. Handy feature.

- Daylight running lights: Can be turned on/off or put on manual so you can choose to have them on or not.

- Cornerlights: Can be turned on or off. Can even be turned on when you didn't took them as a option on your Polo! Some will have them mounted but not turned on.

- Flashinglight count: Stock the flashinglights will flash 3 times when you hit the handle. These can be lowered to only 1 or increased to 5 flashes max.

- Placing aftermarker Xenon errors: When placing Xenon you could get Canbus errors, these can be turned off

- Stop/Start system: Can be turned off if you don't like it

- Hill Hold control: This function is turned to medium duration from factory, can be turned to short or long.



This is all depending on the type of module in your Polo!

Needle sweep is not possible on the Polo 6R. Option is available in VCDS but does not work. Only on the Golf's and some other VW's.

Mph or Kph switching is possible! Forgot that one. If you are driving a GTI you can change it yourself without VCDS. For every other type Polo it needs VCDS to switch!

What do you mean by "big light handle"? I would be interested in coming home lights, flashlight indicator, the option to turn off my DRL and the teardrop drive thing. So you say cornering lights can be enabled on my car? Anybody in the area that wouldn't mind doing this for me? Thanks

I'm looking for the correct englisch word. Is it Main beam then? I mean the light you use when it's really dark and you need more then your normal lights. Don't know the word for it.
