throttle body hose you will need
1x 45mm-60mm clamp
&
1x 60mm - 80mm clamp

I took my turbo pipe with me to a hard ware store and checked whilst I was there.

I can however tell you that the dv take off ID is 25mm and the oil breather ID is 19mm so if you measure how thick the walls are add that on top and make sure you get clamps within that range.

Hope that helps

Thanks 9n3 Turbo for the advice!!!!

I could probably use the old vw clamps for the oil breather and dv. My only concern is to get a good fitting on the turbo and maf side :) As I drive hard like you mentioned in the private message.

Thanks again

I will look in the garage tonight and see if I can find the two clamps I used.

Thanks for the trouble mate :)

I did a research on your thread and found a close up on the turbo side. Which side exactly is this offending water hose?

That's my old pic before I put the spacer.
Where you see the black water pipe going up it fouls.
You need a longer bolt to space it out like the below pic.
As you can see there is no spacer there but you get the idea?

Also the clamps you need are
Turbo side 40mm - 55mm
MAF side 60mm - 80mm

Ah sweet......thanks again bro for the picture. I really appreciate it ;) I think this is gonna be a nightmare and time consuming exercise :P
I will take my time and do it properly.

Also if you dont mind me asking what size is the allen bolt holding the water pipe? Now I have to source the bolt and spacer :|
