Damage advice please

My partners sister has had a little front end knock on her 9n (i believe) polo. Damage seems to be, slam panel, headlight bonnet and bumper and grill.

Before I offer to help repair it, I would like a little bit of advice. Im no mechanic, but I'm capable of basic work.

The main thing I need to know, Is whether the front panel (slam panel) is bolted or welded on. We've purchased and new panel, headlight and grill, and wee hoping to buy a bonnet and bumper used (preferably silver) but they seem to be non existant. Am I looking in the wrong places or am I wasting my time?

Sorry to come accross so novice, but as her first car she's devastated and would like it back to some sort of normality but cost is a massive factor.
