I picked up a brand new 1.2 TSI last week and I've been checking this forum out for inspiration for mods to it, so I thought that it would be nice to introduce myself.
Being Swedish, I'm obliged to love Volvos and my cars in the past have been souped up T5s, so the Polo leaves me a bit frustrated by the lack of sheer power, but the fuel consumption and new car smell more than makes up for it in the long run. My car is the 90 HP version of the TSI, which emits only 119 g CO2 /km and therefore qualifies to be a green car here in Sweden, which means that I pay no road tax for 5 years and get better parking benefits. I've done nothing to the car as of yet, but I have plans for new rims, interior and license plate LEDs, some ICE and possibly a drop. I'm also toying with the idea of installing a GTI-grille, but I don't want the emblems - or possibly put the TSI badge where GTI one normally go. Yay or nay?
