How much psi should......

Hey everyone I was just wondering if you could answer my two questions
1) how much psi should a standard gti be producing
2) how much psi should a stage 1 gti be producing ( I know every map is different just wanted a rough idea)

Standard PSI at 7 psi (0.5 bar) and when i got my stage one done it peaked at 19 psi and ran normally at about 11 psi

Mine standard peaked around 11 and held 7, now it peaks about 21 and holds 15-16

standard peak at 1.1bar (16psi) and then settle at 1bar (14psi) (car driven off the shop floor albeit a pre owned) did the boost gauge prior to software and mods??

after software peaked at 1.6bar (23psi) and settles at 1.4 (20psi)

seriosuly confused and a tad worried since it's substantionaly higher as the tuner also mentioned this.
