N75j on Standard map Gti

Been reading about the n75j valve and wondered if there would be any benefit to swapping this on a standard mapped Gti?

Maybe, but why not tune it?

I would but it's my wifes car and she uses it for business use and her insurance policy would sky rocket if we remapped.
My understanding of the n75 valve is that it alters the boost levels and duration - is this correct?

Sure, but the difference won't be like tuning it.
