Post by Skyboard »

Hi Guys

As the subject states I am from SA and just recently got me a new Polo 6R (Christine). Hope to be getting some advice and ideas for the modding of her.

Lookin nice :) another 5dr like mine :) is go for 17" rims as its a perfect fit :) just get looking, oz rims are well nice on a polo or can go for the common bbs everyone chooses? If you have abit more money to spend maybe go for some schmidt alloys? :P but Defo needs lowering ;)

Welcome my fellow contryman :D Its good to know there are more of us on this forum.
I have a polo just like yours. Started modding mine already.
Have a look at these VW springs i fitted:

I too would like to fit some 17" inch alloys to mine.
Was thinking of a set of 17" OEM VW Evolo STP's:

Let me know what you guys think?

Ja man, saw your post while looking around for rims, how much did the springs set you back? I am thinking about some H&R's for her. I am liking the Exor STP 17".

The springs are R1700 from VW dealerships. The drop is only 30mm all round. So if you want a lower drop, then go with H&R

Installed Lamin-X over the weekend. Tint rear and blue on the head lights and fogs.
