1.2 60 vs 70PS?

Looking for a bit of buying advise. I've test driven a 1.2 70 S and found it ok (not too underpowered), the only trouble is that there are far more 60 PS models around at much better prices. Is it worth test driving a 60 S or are they noticeably underpowered compared to the 70? Is the extra 10 PS just a software tweak, or a bit more complex?

I know with the older versions of this engine (the 65 and 55PS versions) the higher output engine is a 12 valve engine, whereas the 55PS version is a 6 valve. Test drive a 60PS- it might be fine for what you want. Can't hurt to try it!
