Exhaust in way of ARB

Post by 6n2stan »

Can you completely remove the ARB with exhaust on?

I've changed my wishbones today and want to renew the ARB bushes while I'm there. I've removed it from its hanging brackets and the wishbones but I just can't get it out. I can do the bushes ok but I wanted to clean up and repaint the ARB while I'm in a position to.

Cheers

You'll likely have to split the exhaust at the join after the car and let it down on the flexi section

I thought so. I think it's best I leave it, my exhaust will probably dissolve if I take it apart! Lol. It needs to be finished today, I need it tomorrow as the primary car, it's MOT time for the golf!

Thanks again
