I was supplied with two keys with my polo, both of which are an abomination and neither open the car remotely.
It does outline in the handbook remote central locking but it looks like an optional extra, am I correct? What is the best method of replacing my keys? can the blades be switched?
Do all 6n2's come fitted with remote locking?

I think you are right mate, this car is looking like a fair old project!
