vw garages are w@nk

Post by matty2767 »

two months ago i had my rear discs replaced.

tonight i got a puncture. getting the last wheel nut (which was the locking one) was very difficult as they had cross threaded it.

i cannot beleive it i am fuming. simple things.... and their monkeys carnt even replace a wheel.

what do you think to me risking driving to the garage with 3 bolts in? - cause i know they arent going to come out to me :( and i reckon they will have ruined the nut bit as well :( :(

fault

its not your fault so they should pay all costs and be very apologetic. if not as to speak to the manager etc etc and even go through trading standards if all fails!

they collected the car at 8.30 this morning. then rang me to say they had fixed the bolt and replaced the locking wheel nut. but.... their drivers had rung in sick and the one that collected the car had gone to manchester so they couldnt get it back to me. i had gone to work in the other car and carnt drive 2 at once.

is it me or is the whole dealer network a shambles. the customer service is basic (to be polite). i am treated like i am an idiot and carnt possibly know anything about their precious cars.
