Rear wind Screen Wiper Won't Stop Wiping

I have a VW MK5 Polo GTI (6n2) and my rear wind screen wiper is constantly wiping. It just started without pressing the button and won't stop. Pressing the button doesn't affect it. I've taken the fuse out so it doesn't wipe but I'm not sure which part to replace.

I'm thinking it's the wiper stalk off the wheel. Is there anyway of finding out before buying a replacement?

I had this about 5 years ago. Water gets into the motor its self from the rear washer pipe which runs through the middle of it. Its not the switch, its a rear wiper motor change Common on MK4 golfs too.

Saying that, I bet there's loads of people on here that have de wipered the rear so there'll be plenty of spare motors knocking about
