Any one know what these are off?

I moved house yesterday and went down into the seller and found some vw alloys. There 13" I think. I want to know what there off. I'm getting my car sprayed soon and lowered getting it ready for jamboree in August. I think they will go good on my 6n polo if I spray them black.
