Polo R-Line dual exhausts?

Firstly, I was wondering if you could straight-swap a 6r BlueGT rear diffuser onto an R-Line rear bumper, because I was wanting dual exit exhausts (on the left hand side)

I was also wondering if it is possible that a dual exit exhaust would fit without cutting into the standard R-Line bumper and if anyone had done this and if you could show me pics?
