Blue GT six speed Gear Shift Bushings

Had a set off metal bushings fitted to the six speed on my MK5 Golf and it really improved the shift feel.

Anyone know if the six speed is the same on the Polo? Can't find any bushing kits for the polo so want to use a set for the golf.
