Drivers door outward facing dent!!

Hi all , was just wondering if anybody else has this prob before i take the car to dealer .
Problem i have is i noticed a couple of months ago a tiny dent in the drivers door towards the front below half way up the door .problem is the dent is positive its actually raised out from the door surface , over the last couple of months its got worse and is about the size of the end of a little finger . if you press it its solid as if something is pressing up against it .
Just wondering if anybody else can shed some light on this or has had the same problem . my car is a 5door blue gt 2014 150bhp

If it were mine I'd just take it to the garage and get them to take a look. It doesn't sound right...
