Custom headlights

Found recently of someone in turkey with custom LED headlights with the Audi LED beam ..

He told me it was a special construction.

Does anyone know of anything like that where I can place my order?

I converted them yesterday it's about £160 GBP so cheap enough it's more shipping could be a problem!
