6r 1.2 60ps display ?

Can someone tell me what the little clock type thing is on my display ? It only comes on for a few seconds when I start the car and then goes off, it has a shaded area (like a pie chart) and a number next to it, currently 43 but was 45 the other day ? It's probably something obvious but can't seem to get my head around it at the minute ?

P.s. I think it has just appeared since having the battery disconnected the other week to fit my rclick kit

Possibly, it's on 23k and some change at the min, don't even know when service is due ?
