9n3 1.4 automatic BKY engine blocked/stuck

Hello there. I am new here and I am owner of Polo 9n3 1.4 Automatic 07 plates. My engine is blocked/stuck and I have to buy a new one. It is really hard for me to find one for automatic gearbox and the code of the engine must be BKY. I found one from Seat Ibiza 06 plates and I have photo of that engine. The problem is there have the same one witch is for manual gearbox with the same BKY engine code but the difference between them are in the clutch area. I dont know how to recognize witch is for automatic and witch is for manual gearbox. I have the photo of that engine and can some one tell me is it problem if the engine is from Seat and it will fit to my Polo?
