I was unaware that the POLO 6R 1.6l petrol (CLSA) were sold in the UK.

Choose the appropriate one and send it to the mechanic:
(send it as text, not as an image, to make his/her work easier and avoid mistakes... copy from here and paste in the message).

My guess would be 230224E3437000B8C42724E8C2D800801300 but try ciclos suggestions first please
You can substitute the 1300 at the end with 1000 1100 or 1200 for options like HHC and TPMS like ciclo suggested

Sometimes it is very difficult to get references, luckily there was this one for CLSA ESP8.2i, https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/14460/
About the transmission type is something uncertain for me, sometimes, what should be is just the opposite...

yep I found the same one. the 21 you took for the engine type is usually petrol engine + LHD but the reference scan doesn't lie.
the SW part number here is BC (reference scan is AF) so that could also be interesting.
ESP codings, especially 8.2i, can sometimes be a small mystery by itself.

I guess we'll figure it out as soon as we hear back.
