New steering wheel - will it work?

I have a 2011 6R with a midlight cluster with DIS. I also have a RCD510 DAB radio installed.

My current steering wheel has no controls.

If I buy the below steering wheel, will the controls work as Plug and Play? Or will I need to program it?

Will my current airbag fit?

How easy would it be to install?

yes it will work
no the airbag won't fit, you need a new airbag + wiring loom
installation requires installing 2 wires (linbus and +12v acc)

My wheel is the same as this, just doesnt have buttons.. Will the bag not fit?

Will not fit. The clips of the airbag have the wrong orientation
