So I've just got my Polo GTI and unfortunately it doesn't come with xenon headlights so I am trying to fit as many white bulbs as possible so that it gets rid of the yellow tinge.
I think I've seen somewhere that it's possible for this car to use the fog lights as DRL instead of the headlight bulb. This would be a great idea for me as I plan to fit low power bulbs in the fog lights so that they are a nice "sidelight" brightness rather than full on headlight brightness which is pointless, and, when showing my brother my "new car" the other day, completely drained my battery which was very embarrassing
Can any body advise if this option is available on VCDS please? I have a local person with proper VCDS that could do it should it be possible
I look forward to hearing from you
Regards

Re: DRL Fogs instead of headlight
I'm afraid this isn't possible in VCDS

Unfortunately (or fortunately, from a different perspective), a Polo is not a Golf
