My BlueGT 6C or 6R?

Hi all,

Upto now I've always thought my BlueGT is a 6C. I have the new interior and dash, along with the new tail lights and have 150PS. However, on my VIN and door panel, it says 6R. Is this normal or am I just being very dumb? Haha.

I'm not sure that "6C" is shown anywhere, if your car is 2014MY then it will be a 6C.

Edit:- no, no sign of any mention of "6C" any where on the vehicle ident label! I'd think another clue if it is "6C" will be if it has the bigger touch screen with proximity bar.

Yes your car is a 6C as it is the faceliftet Polo.

But yes the VIN number still says 6R. It only says 6C on the options sticker in the sparewheel well. (And the copy of that sticker in the instruction manual)
