Keyfob Question

Post by haflidij »

Evening !

I was wondering earlier ive never thought about it that on the key it has a button with the trunk on it. I tried pushing it and the trunk just kinda opened up but was still locked.
Is that normal ?. Shouldnt it open all the way up ?.

If I hold the "boot" or Trunk button then my boot opens and then when I close the boot the car remains locked.

If you hold the button does your boot open?

I tried both just one click and then holding it down. In both times it just kinda popped from the lock but stayed down like it was stuck in the locking mechanism.

Read your manual - that is the way it Works on a Polo without modifications...
