Thinking of getting my polo remapped +7 BHP and +14 NM
Is this worth it?
Thinking of making some other modifications too but just stuck for ideas at the minute - seems to be a lack of people with this model:( Are the parts generic for the 09+ range of polos?
Any input is appreciated!!
1.2 Polo 60 BHP

Personally I would say no, 7bhp for ££ doesn't seem to represent value. But it depends how you look at it, it's over a 10% gain for the engine so...personal choice I guess

Would I see an increase in fuel efficiency too?

Depends on the map and how it's set up I guess, as well as how you drive

I have the 1.4 engine with 86 hp and im thinking of remaping mine. So i would have 98-100 hp after remaping it , personally i would go for it i were you !
I think the price is £250 and its 13% increase in power.
These are the specs
Engine
Original 86 whp
Tuned 98 whp
Torque
Original 132 Nm
Tuned 150 Nm

racing electronics claim you can get 85 ps with thier plugin unit from the 60ps block (get the standard air box ripped out first a universal induction kit is a must no more air no more fuel) this little box has a you tube vid.look up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-KXbCVbBbo
