ABS warning light/code reader

Hello again, the ABS warning light came on a few months ago on my 1.4 mpi polo, as it's due a MOT soon I'm trying to sort it out.

I got a diagnostic test which showed: Front offside ABS sensor and was quoted £90 to replace. I was going to check the fuse first and then attempt changing it my self as a replacement sensor is only £20.

Once replaced how do I reset the warning light, would a code reader like this clear it?: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OBD2-VS450-Sc ... SwTZ1XmaO2

Thanks again

Oh also does anyone know what fuse it is for ABS, Haynes manual has fuse 8 in the passanger fusebox. But my understanding was it was located on top of the battery fusebox?

Cheers

Yellow fuse on top of the fusebox

As for the sensor they frequently fail. Cheap copy ones don't fit properly though and often need sanding down to make them fit

It's not a particularly pleasant job
