Polo Center Console Scuff

Hi, Im looking to buy a 2014 Polo SEL, but one thing deterring me is a relatively large scuff near the touch screen display. Is there any way to reseal the matte coat, as the mark reveals the ugly, shiny beneath.

If it was me, I’d replace the panel, rather than try and disguise the scuff, unless there’s someone near you who specialises in car interior plastic trim repairs. Here’s one for sale on eBay - can’t tell from the picture if it’s the same colour, but there are others for sale on eBay too;

I'm usually a big fan of restoring rather than replacing, but in this case, get a new one.
