Polo GTi Sideskirts

Post by Life »

Hi Guys,

Need some advice please:

I purchased a set of GTi sideskirts for my TSi Highline. Getting them sprayed gloss black.

My dilemma that I'm faced with is with regard to having them fitted, should I drill holes onto the car as per the VW spec or do I play it safe with a decent double sided tape?

Any advice appreciated. :)

PS. Can someone assist me with the oem guideline for fitting these?

I think sikaflex is what you want.

It's used to be used to glue boats together.

Excellent stuff, I’ve used it to stick on wheel arch extensions, spoilers and suchlike. Use tape to hold the cills in position whilst the adhesive sets.
