5 door interior in a 3 door
Hi does anyone know if the 5 door front seats have the hole in the side of the bolster for a reclining mechanism to be fitted and if so are they a pig to do? Thanks

The frames are the same. Just needs a cut and the mechanism fitting internally

Youll need to remove the backrest on both seats (old and new) strip the fabric off, swap it all over
Its a few hours work

It is clipped in at the bottom. you have to remove the backrest, then you can release the tabs and the tension on the fabric and it comes up and off, the backing pad will stay attached though as this has wires on it. This isnt a job for the feint hearted and its important to get the fabric back on correctly or itll look s**t
