Hello everyone,

I recently acquired a second hand Polo from a friend of a friend, and largely, it's absolutely fine, but I've only just noticed (since I haven't needed it until now), that the Front Windscreen screenwash hose has a leak at the exact point where it comes up from the engine bay, onto the bonnet lid and is bent into a u-shape.

I was trying to clear the windscreen yesterday, and saw all the screenwash flying out of the gap between the wing, and the bonnet lid.

I've had a look, and it looks like a right pig to get the hose out from the bonnet lid, so I just wondered whether anyone in here has had to do anything similar, or whether there is a reasonably easy fix.

Appreciate your advice!

The hose is actually quite easy to remove, ive done it myself

Equally, its fixable too. Can you post a photo up of where its split?

Cut the split section out, then join the two pipes back together with the kit
