So people where is best place to get one of thease kits from ( i presume its the thing i need to fit a double din stereo in our 9N3 )

Whilst you can use a fitting kit like that, you dont actually need the fascia. The hole is a standard double din and a double din cage will fit in no problem

The fascia allows you to screw the radio into it for a flusher finish, though it makes fitting it alot harder so I wouldnt go down that route.

i understood that there the hole isnt a proper double din , do i need the cables in the kit

Yes you’ll need the quad lock to iso and the fakra aerial adapter plus the removal keys
