IRREGULAR IDLE VW POLO 1.6 TDI

Post by GiuseppeLaPorta »

Hi everyone, I am the owner of a Polo 6R 1.6 TDI ex 75cv of 2009 (140hp), I wanted to tell you about the problem that it has had for about 6 years.
Everything was born on a sultry day while I was driving in the city, the car went up to 1000 rpm even from a standstill in traffic, okay I am thinking of the regeneration of the DPF .... Also the next day it does, and in the following days until today the car it's always at 1000rpm ...

When the vehicle is switched on there are various possibilities:

1) The machine turns on and at minimum remains at 800 rpm.
2) The machine turns on and immediately goes to 950 / 1000rpm.
3) The machine starts at 800rpm and after 5/10 seconds it stabilizes at 1000rpm.

In all 3 cases after a short time the minimum returns to 1000 rpm ....

You understand that I am in an embarrassing situation, because in the city driving feeling the accelerated car is not pleasant.

I thought that after removing the DPF, CAT and EGR OFF with Map 140hp () this problem would not be solved, it persists.

This is the list of the various tests that i have been done:
1) change of all 4 injectors
2) replacement of the ecu
3) lambda probe replaced
4) replaced MAF
5) replaced alternator
6) replaced dual mass flywheel + clutch kit

in my opinion it is some sensor that tells the control unit to increase RPM ....

I am in possession of the VAG, so I can do any test.

I hope for a solution
Thank you in advance :)
