AC issue
My AC came only working on setting 4, I replaced the thermal fuse in the fan etc which fixed the problem, however I can’t seem to get the car to blow any hot air? Anyone else had this issue or know a fix for it?

Re: AC issue
It might have a faulty temperature control flap motor, scanning that car with a VW Group specific scan tool might reveal what the problem is, just replacing expensive flap motors without proving they are faulty is a mugs game.

Re: AC issue
Hi, I'm guessing it will be the resistor for the air con.
We recently bought our Polo and the a/c was something I forgot to check on test drive. When we got the car home it only blew on setting 4.
A little research on t'internet and it seems to be very common issue on VW's. It's relatively cheap to replace and it should see you back up and running on all 4 settings.
