Abs 8.2i "Error 22: Conditions not correct or request sequence error".

hello guys, during a tacho seat toledo installation on a friend's polo 6r, we have this "small" problem:
The abs (8.2i h05 0005) , reject the original code.
We have the original code through an old vcds scan, even using the online software for calculating the code via VIN, the code is always rejected with:
"Error 22: Conditions not correct or request sequence error".
To remove all doubts, the seat toledo tacho was removed (with the battery untached) and the original speedometer re-installed.
No results have changed ....
Obviously the operation has always been carried out with the engine off and the key on "ACC".
All the errors before coding were also removed and the security code (40168) was inserted but nothing, answers are expected, thanks!

So please share a scan of the car with the original coding and the new tacho. You need to adapt the tacho (immo) to match the engine computer
